Description
UV BLOCKING - a UPF-50 rating that blocks 98% of the sun’s harmful UV rays. It is not a chemical treatment - it's a mechanical quality of the yarn so the protection won't diminish with washing. It's especially important for our pink-skinned friends!
REDUCE HEAT ABSORPTION - our darker colored pals really benefit from the heat-reflective shade these tees provide! We tested our black Lab, Luke, out in the sun with an infrared thermometer gun and found his fur was more than 40 degrees cooler under the Tee than out!
EVAPORATIVE COOLING - Cool everybody down simply by getting the Tee wet! None of those heavy ice packs or gel inserts. Just comfortable lightweight easy moving tee that won’t get stinky (it’s antimicrobial).

Wear Tip: The center chest seam is designed to be on the outside – we want pets to enjoy maximum comfort, especially in that tender area.

I bought a size 20 for my AmStaff Lila, who's just under 50 lbs, but it was a little long/big. Exchanged it for an 18, and it fits perfectly! She's mostly white and has extremely short fur, so I like knowing that she's protected from the summer sun. It's also great to wet down before we go out on a walk on a hot day! Keeps her cool, and I'm thrilled she tolerates it :)

Emillie Gregor - Sun Shield Tee
We absolutely love this UV blocking sun shirt. Luna loves to exercise, run, hike & play outside. But when it has been starting to get in the 80’s she plays for about 5 minutes in the yard and then is done because she’s too hot. This has really helped her not start panting and run out of steam. We love it. We used the size guide and from her measurements got her a size 22 but she is very lean so it was a little big, we could’ve gone one size down!

Wow I absolutely love the Goldpaw products. We have there magnetic collar which it so easy to take off and on! We also have the sun shield tee and it seriously helps my 100lb doodle stay cool. I love that on hot days I can soak the shirt and it keeps him comfortable. I also notice that when he wears it he seems more relaxed. I really love the shirt and will probably buy more!

One of our dogs, Mugsy, has a tendency to sit in the sun for extended periods of time, resulting in spots all over his back. I’ve thought about lathering him up with sunblock, but this shirt is a much better option! We picked up a second one, for our other dog, Paddington, while we were at it. Paddington gets nervous during car rides, so I’m hoping that the snug-fit will calm his anxiety. Both dogs find their shirts very comfortable. It’s like a second skin. The fabric is lightweight and stretchy. We are very happy with this product!
