UV BLOCKING - a UPF-50 rating that blocks 98% of the sun’s harmful UV rays. It is not a chemical treatment - it's a mechanical quality of the yarn so the protection won't diminish with washing. It's especially important for our pink-skinned friends!
REDUCE HEAT ABSORPTION - our darker colored pals really benefit from the heat-reflective shade these tees provide! We tested our black Lab, Luke, out in the sun with an infrared thermometer gun and found his fur was more than 40 degrees cooler under theTee than out!

They make a world of difference for my two dogs.
I have a middle aged dog and a younger pup. Hot temps and intense sun was impacting my older dog on our walks (and beach outings). These shirts have made a difference for my dogs. They can go loft longer distances when wearing them. Even just lounging around on the boat you can tell a difference just by touching the shirt and their coat underneath. If you wet the shirts before going out it helps keep them cooler. I highly recommend if you are looking for ways to keep your dog cool. Also, they are easy to wash and put on the dog.

Durable, Practical—a Must-Have!
I have been so impressed with my dogs’ sun tees! They each have multiple sun tees in various colors, and wear them to stay cool on the boat, the beach, the paddle board, or even just a walk on a hot day. I tell every fellow dog lover I know about this great product. It’s one of the most useful warm weather dog products we own and use. We’ve been using them for several years, and they’re still in great shape!

Sun tee
Billy is a white miniature poodle mix. The fur on his back is getting sparse and you can see his skin. To prevent him from getting sun burn of skin cancer, I have bought him 5 sun tees in different colors. I got him size 14. They fit perfectly and he loved wearing them.

The chest size on the size 12 sun tee is slightly smaller and wears a bit tight than previous sun tees we have purchased.

I really like this for our senior citizen dog. Fits well. Light weight. Does not seem to bother her at all while she wares it. I think this is a good buy!
