Description
UV BLOCKING - a UPF-50 rating that blocks 98% of the sun’s harmful UV rays. It is not a chemical treatment - it's a mechanical quality of the yarn so the protection won't diminish with washing. It's especially important for our pink-skinned friends!
REDUCE HEAT ABSORPTION - our darker colored pals really benefit from the heat-reflective shade these tees provide! We tested our black Lab, Luke, out in the sun with an infrared thermometer gun and found his fur was more than 40 degrees cooler under the Tee than out!
EVAPORATIVE COOLING - Cool everybody down simply by getting the Tee wet! None of those heavy ice packs or gel inserts. Just comfortable lightweight easy moving tee that won’t get stinky (it’s antimicrobial).

Wear Tip: The center chest seam is designed to be on the outside – we want pets to enjoy maximum comfort, especially in that tender area.
Harness Help: These close fitting pullovers are perfect worn under a harness, with no adjustment needed. No fussing with ill-placed harness openings in this snuggy wonder! Plus, wearing this under a harness has an added benefit of reducing or eliminating chafing!

Our 50# pit mix came from Tennessee to live in Wisconsin - she was missing a bunch of fur on her shoulders/back from fleas, heartworm treatment, and MCT surgery. Between that, being underweight, and having white fur, I knew she would be prone to sunburn so this product is AMAZING. I'm so glad the rescue got us our first one and we have gotten 2 more since! She practically lives in her sun shield shirt, it kept her from scratching at her surgery spot as it healed, plus it is SO soft and the pink is so cute! Not to mention the totally cool bones and roses design that matches her pawrent's tattoos :) I also love that I can layer it in the winter with sweaters as it's a great fitted design.

This is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! We ordered a 2 for our little 3pd teacup but are exchanging for a 4. The 2 fit, but she's still growing. We have our 5.5 pd teacup in a size 6... the 4 fits, but a little snug. The quality of these is amazing!

My three-year-old coated American hairless terrier has alopecia And she really needs sun protection because she has an irregular coat— The shirt has been a life-saver! I like that it comes down her full back, gives her good coverage! I love the material it is very soft! It is very comfortable against her skin which can be itchy at times! Here she is in her pistachio green shirt which is the first one I have gotten her and I have now ordered her a purple one also!!
