Description
UV BLOCKING - a UPF-50 rating that blocks 98% of the sun’s harmful UV rays. It is not a chemical treatment - it's a mechanical quality of the yarn so the protection won't diminish with washing. It's especially important for our pink-skinned friends!
REDUCE HEAT ABSORPTION - our darker colored pals really benefit from the heat-reflective shade these tees provide! We tested our black Lab, Luke, out in the sun with an infrared thermometer gun and found his fur was more than 40 degrees cooler under the Tee than out!
EVAPORATIVE COOLING - Cool everybody down simply by getting the Tee wet! None of those heavy ice packs or gel inserts. Just comfortable lightweight easy moving tee that won’t get stinky (it’s antimicrobial).

Sun Shield Tee
Bought 2 Baja Beach Sun Shield Tees & boy did they come in handy during our 100 degree days this past weekend. I didn’t think the dogs would be able to handle the heat for long but these allowed them to stay outside longer than usual. We use them for walks, for laying by the pool & for swimming. We love our winter fleeces & now we love our sun shields! Buying 2 more today in a larger size as one of my dogs is a growing pup. This way they’ll both have 2 so while one is in the wash, we have another to wear. The color is beautiful too.

Seems to Help
My 89lb dog has heart disease and the warm weather is rough on him. This shirt actually seems to help. His panting has reduced from wearing it. I get a watering can and pour water on him to keep him even cooler if we are outside. I do keep the shirt on inside too.

Great quality but overpriced
These are great and perfect for my dog and I’ve definitely spent well over $200 buying various shirts but these are way overpriced. Like unbelievably ridiculously overpriced so I won’t be buying from this company anymore.

Sun Shield Tee
The Goldpaw fleeces and now the sun tee are the first clothing items my dog does not try to take off. She is a 42 lb pit mix and I adopted her from a rescue group. As she has aged she has developed food allergies and has lost most of her coat. The Goldpaw products work great to protect her skin and fit her well. Maggie is comfortable and I am so glad we found Goldpaw.

Sun Shield Ter
What a wonderful shirt for warm weather. My mini poodle has some skin issues. Her new tee protects her skin. Plus she likes wearing Goldpaw shirts so it’s nice to have one for warm weather. Bonus that you can get it wet for immediate heat relief. Perfect!

T-shirt Doggie
Our big dude has a bad burn on his back right above his tail area, so we buy these sun shield tees with a purpose. They are the only ones that are made long enough to fit our Boerboel Mastiff. Yes, there are tiny tweaks I would make but overall, we LOVE the sun shield tees!!! Thank you!
