Our Sun Shield Tee is silky soft, lightweight stretch jersey with a UPF-50 rating that blocks 98% of the sun’s harmful UV rays. It is not a chemical treatment - it's a mechanical quality of the yarn so the protection won't diminish with washing. Super comfortable indoors and out and perfect for all sorts of applications beyond sun protection too: skin conditions, wound care, topical medications, works great as an anti-anxiety calming aid that can be worn all day.
They really reduce heat absorption too: We tested our black Lab, Luke, out in the sun with an infrared thermometer gun and found his fur was more than 40 degrees cooler under the Tee than without – it’s wearable shade! Want extra cooling? Get it wet and your pup can enjoy the evaporative cooling effect!

UV Tshirts
We love the UV tshirts. We rescued our baby when she showed up at our home with raw skin from some type of accident. Her hair never grew back so we looked for a comfy tee she could wear year round. This is the 5th tee we have purchased from y’all. The material is so soft. Our girl is a rat terrier weighing around 25 lbs. we purchase size 16 shirts which fit good but are too long. We always have to cut off 2-3 inches so they don’t hang on her tail.

This is a lifesaver living in the desert. My chi is black and close to the ground and I get this wet before our walk and she is able to be comfortable and get out there and exercise.

We ❤️ Goldpaw! My teeny tiny chihuahua had a microchip reaction and she tends to be really itchy between her shoulder blades. These tees are very fitted and kept as a protective layer over that area as we looked for a DVM to remove the chip. We are so thankful for this company and their size friendly options!

I bought one of these on sale. I purchased a size 18 for my border collie female (20” at the withers, 38lbs) and I liked it so much that I got two more! I seized up to 20. The t-shirt really blocks the sun and she can run for longer in disc dog events
