We’ve partnered with HappyReturns which gives you the option to drop off your items for return or exchange at over 3800 locations across the US, without the need of packaging or printing. You can also easily print a prepaid shipping label at home and drop your package with your choice of carriers.
• Please initiate your return/exchange within 45 days of your original purchase.
• Items are eligible for a refund/exchange if they are in resellable condition: free of hair and odors, sewn-in tags intact, unworn and unwashed.
• Refunds to original payment or store credit are initiated when the ReturnBar receives your item or the carrier scans your package.
• Refunds are less original shipping charge.
• Refund processing time can be 5-10 days depending on your credit card company.
• Final sale, altered, custom or embroidered items are not eligible for return.

If you are looking to exchange sizes and the option is grayed out, unfortunately you’ll need to proceed as a return and place a new order. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Store credit is only available on orders placed with an account so if you checked out as a guest, the refund will only be available to your original form of payment.
Don’t want to use Happy Returns? You can still send it back to us however you like, but we do recommend getting a tracking number. Please include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation as well as refund/exchange instructions.
