We here at Goldpaw are passionate about dogs and creating quality garments for them, ones that stand the test of time in both design and make. Past that, we have a passion and dedication to the communities we are in and the planet we inhabit.
The entire team at Goldpaw are proponents of reduce, reuse, recycle, and repair. With this thought, we are working on piloting both a lifetime repair program and a rewear program where garments can be returned to us to find a new life – gifted/donated to the communities we are a part of.
The FAQ
Can I send items that aren’t made by Goldpaw?
At this time, we are only accepting Goldpaw products to be repaired and restored to ensure a quality experience.
What types of Goldpaw products are you accepting for repair and relove?
We are happy to accept all Goldpaw apparel, regardless of style, size, or age for repair and all Goldpaw items that are in wearable condition for relove.
Why should I send my Goldpaw gear back to be donated?
You are more than welcome to donate them locally! We understand that our customers are passionate about our gear and may have been collecting them over the years, only to have them take up room when no longer needed. We want to provide an option that helps that person plan for their next companion’s collection.
Do I get anything in return for sending my Goldpaw in for reuse?
We will inspect the items you send to ensure they are in condition to be donated. Once we confirm the condition the items are in, you will receive a store credit on your Goldpaw account to be used on a future order.
What happens to my item once it’s recycled?
The garments that are returned to us to find a new life – gifted/donated to the communities we are a part of.
What if my items aren’t accepted?
Everyone’s definition of preloved is different – when you fill out the form to let us prepare for your items, you’ll also let us know what you would like to happen if we can’t accept your items. They will either be shipped back to you or recycled/disposed of responsibly.
