Q:

If my Fleece doesn't fit, can I exchange or return it?

A:

Of course! Try the garment on your (clean) dog and see what you think. If it isn't right, please use our return portal for domestic returns/exchanges here: https://rb.gy/m2byi6
The portal is just for your return label. Details will also be on your packing slip.

Please do not remove any of the tags until you know the item is a keeper.

For International returns/exchanges please email: [email protected] for assistance with returns/exchanges.

RETURNS: Refunds, less shipping cost, will be given upon Goldpaw's receipt of item. Please return your item with the packing slip and write return. Return processing time can be 5-10 business days depending on your credit card company.

EXCHANGES: Please return your item with the packing slip including a note of the item needed & your email/phone number. Exchange processing time is about 2-3 business days.

Sale and Discounted items may be no longer in stock for exchanges.

Final Sale items and Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges may have a balance due depending on your exchange item and size.

Did you move from your pervious delivery address? Be sure to update your account and us with your exchange. If not the item will be sent to the address listed with the order number on the packing slip.

All returns/exchanges must be in new, unused condition with all tags attached, odor and slobber free. Please don’t send any of your animal back to us. Please lint roll all items. Returns/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. We recommend using a traceable carrier.



Q:

How should the Fleece fit on my dog?

A:

Each dog will have a slightly different fit depending on their shape and size. Generally speaking, we suggest a snug fit with the length nearing the base of the tail. Our fleece is exceptionally stretchy and soft, ensuring a comfortable fit.

Q:

Can my dog wear the coat all day?

A:

Yes, we have many customers whose pets wear the GoldPaw Fleece and Duluth Double Fleece all day. Even in the summer months when the air conditioning is being used, the GoldPaw Fleece comes in handy.

Q:

What is the warmest coat you offer?

A:

The Duluth Double Fleece is the warmest fleece we make, perfect for deep winter weather. If you are looking for warmth and weather protection, we suggest our WinterPaw or our waterproof RainPaw, and layering over a GoldPaw Fleece for even more warmth.

Q:

How should I wash my dog's Fleece? Do they shrink?

A:

All of our garments are machine washable, and they do NOT shrink. Garments may stretch as your dog wears them, but will go back to their original size once laundered. We recommend washing with warm or cool water, drying on low heat, or air drying. These popover wonders dry extra fast! Wash after wash, your Gold Paw Fleece will last throughout the years looking just as good as the day you bought it.

Q:

My dog has an unusual shape, do you offer custom orders?

A:

We sure do! Custom fees start at $10.00 in addition to the non sale item price. Unfortunately, due to the custom nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Please call us at 952-405-6347, or email us at [email protected] we will email you back our customs form asking for measurements. We will get you set up in no time! We always suggest starting out with a coat size we already have made as a great starting point. Usually it ends up working out just about perfect!

Q:

Do you ship Internationally?

A:

Yes! We use USPS as our international carrier. There is a shipping cost of $24.95 for international retail orders. If you would like to upgrade to UPS shipping please leave a note in your order and we will contact you for the balance difference.

Q:

Where is my package?

A:

We know how frustrating it can be when shipping is delayed. Once GoldPaw picks and packages your item(s) and creates your shipping label your package now becomes property of the Unites States Post Office. Unfortunately, we can't see anything different from what you see when using your tracking number.

If you are experiencing a delay we suggest that you contact your local USPS. They would have the most up to date information on when you can expect your delivery.

GoldPaw is allotted 2-4 business days to prepare your order once placed.

What shipping option did you pick? After your item(s) have been processed, picked and ready for USPS to pick up.
First class: $6.95 - USPS has 1-10 business days this does not include weekends and or Holiday's for your package to arrive.
Priority: $9.95 - USPS has 2-5 business days this does not include weekends and or Holiday's for your package to arrive.

We do have a banner on our website reminding everyone that USPS is delayed. Which still allows you to purchase knowing the possibility of a delay.

GoldPaw is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered in the order. Upon inquiry GoldPaw will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

If your package states it was delivered. Please ask your neighbors, your postman/woman and look around your area. It usually shows up, just misplaced. They have even been known to be hanging out in your postman/woman USPS automobile.

Of course we want you to have the items you purchased. We are more than happy to work something out.
