Duluth Double Fleece

These coats are thick, well made and beautiful. The coats are very snug, which is good for warmth, but my smaller dog, who does not like wearing coats in general, really dislikes this one. If I buy another one, I would probably size up for her. If you have a dog who dislikes coats, you could consider sizing up if you think a tighter, snugger coat might bother them more. Overall, though, very pleased with purchase and quality of Gold Paw products.

I bought Jesse Jane 2 single layer fleece a few years ago and they still look brand new. They are soft, stretchy, hold there shape and are so easy to get on and off. I would put both on her when the temps dip below 45 degrees. Loved them much, I decided to get her a couple of double Duluth fleeces. Best decision ever! Love them and so does Jesse Jane!!! I recommend them to all my dog loving friends. Thank you, Gold Paw!

My 4 yo Irish setter had emergency surgery when his lung collapsed. They shaved most of his coat off. Temps were in the teens and single digits. This double fleece kept him warm on his short bathroom break walks. Now that he’s better he can be warm on our longer walks. It’s also so easy to take on and off and nice and stretchy. We already had a single fleece blue plaid that we love so I didn’t hesitate to get another!

The double layered is definitely the way to go! My dog played fetch in the snow an although the outer layer was wet and snowy the inside was still warm and completely dry. I like how stretchy it is, makes it super easy to get on and off. Definitely buying this again!

This fleece is great.... my boxer mix has been wearing a regular stretch fleece for many years, and I love it. I use it as a coat for outside - and occasionally as a layer under another coat. She hates coats but she tolerates the fleeces the best and once she gets it on she is fine. Finally got the double fleece and love that now too. I did see another review that said they ordered a size up, and I definitely recommend that. My dog measures at a solid 22, but she wears a 20 in the regular stretch fleece, and sometimes even that seems large (it is very stretched out and I don't wash as often as I could). I got a rainpaw in 22 and just returned it as too large - waiting for the 20 to arrive - and thanks for easy returns! But the 22 in the Duluth Double fits her perfectly - not too large at all, and not as stretchy due to the double layers. It still seems comfortable for her though and is still soft. She doesn't mind it as much as her other coats - I think she knows it keeps her warm! And the double is just SO MUCH warmer and thick enough to block the wind too..... which is welcome for this uber short haired dog of mine!

I can’t say enough good things about the Duluth Double Fleece Pullovers that fit my cats perfectly! My cats are Cornish Rex so they’re built a little bit like a greyhound, one is 6 pounds and one is 8 pounds and I ordered a size 8 for them. They are stretchy and soft and fit them like a girl glove but aren’t restricting in any way! They’re nice for lounging around the house in cooler weather, just right for cool autumn days went out in the stroller, and for colder winter adventures I layer them underneath their heavier outdoor gear. I love the vibrant colors and how they stay looking new forever! I do hand wash them and they are still a soft and colorful is when I first got them! I highly recommend them for any adventure cat!
